What is the Phoenix Place?
The Phoenix Place provides "Peer Support Services" for individuals living with mental illness. We offer a variety of peer support and recovery-
oriented services that can help an individual reconnect the pieces in their life disrupted by mental illness.

The Phoenix Place prides itself on providing peer support and recovery-oriented services that allow individuals to pursue life goals. We offer
groups, activities and resources that will empower our members to increase their social support system and enhance their quality of life.
What can you tell me about the staff at the Phoenix Place?
Our staff is comprised of individuals who will serve as models to others in the mental health system. The staff at the Phoenix Place are
excellent listeners, empathetic, compassionate, respectful and caring.
What are your hours of operation?
9:15 am - 3:00 pm; Monday thru Friday
Do I need a referral from my case manager to attend the Phoenix Place or can I just show up?
You do not need a referral from a case manager to participate in the Phoenix Place. Individuals can come on their own or with a case manager
to take a tour. We encourage individuals to call ahead of time for a tour but we do welcome walk-ins.
What transportation is available to get to the Phoenix Place?
The Phoenix Place has their own van that can pick up members along state route 125. Also, Clermont Transportation Connection (732-7433)
provides transportation services in Clermont County. Their website is ctc.clermontcountyohio.gov for more information about services and fares.
